Guests are fully responsible for ensuring they are in possession of a valid passport and verifying by law and must fully comply with airport transport carrier’s regulations.
Guests are fully responsible for covering all fees incurred by any modifications (including, but not limited to, name changes and date changes) made to reservation.
Guests are fully responsible for any missed flights or connections and any costs associated thereto.
Guests are fully responsible for confirming their assigned flight itineraries directly with the air transport carrier(s), 72 hours prior to traveling.
Should guests require any special assistance including, but not limited to, mobility assistance and wheelchairs, they are responsible for contacting the assigned air transport carrier(s) directly. Guests are fully responsible for verifying if their assigned air transport carrier(s) charge(s) additional fees for concepts including, but not limited to, luggage, seat assignments, seat upgrades and food & beverages. In such cases, guests are fully responsible for covering such fees.
