It only applies to new bookings. Reservations made with this promotion are non-refundable. This promotion is combinable with our kids and teens promotion applicable at our family resorts: Moon Palace Cancun, Moon Palace Jamaica, and Moon Palace The Grand-Cancun. It cannot be combined with the "5th Night Free" promotion. A minimum reservation of five (5) nights is required to apply for this promotion. The reservation must be made for two rooms in the same hotel and under the same name. The check-out deadline for reservations is December 21, 2023. This promotion does not apply to reservations between June 24 - August 16, 2023 and November 18 - 25, 2023 for Moon Palace Cancun, Moon Palace The Grand - Cancun, Moon Palace Jamaica, Beach Palace, Cozumel Palace & Playacar Palace.
The complimentary room can only be redeemed at the same hotel and for the same number of nights as the original reservation. The complimentary room can be transferred and registered under a different name than the paid reservation. The complimentary room is valid for stays from the same date as the paid reservation or any other date until December 20, 2023. The complimentary room cannot be redeemed for stays between November 18 and 25, 2023. The complimentary room applies to the most standard room category (Run of the House) of the property, and in family hotels, it applies to a maximum capacity of 2 adults and 2 children up to 17 years of age. The complimentary room cannot be exchanged for cash. The complimentary room does not include Resort Credit.
The Resort Credit requires a 16% service fee payment on the amount of credit used, which can be paid in cash or with a credit card, and cannot be paid with Spa Credit or Resort Credit. There is a maximum limit of Spa Credit or Resort Credit for spa services per property: $100 USD at Palace Resorts and Moon Palace Resorts; $165 USD at Moon Palace The Grand - Cancun, and $250 USD at Le Blanc Spa Resorts. Other terms and conditions and restrictions apply to the services available with the Resort Credit.
The complimentary Green Fee promotion applies only to stays at Beach Palace, Sun Palace, Playacar Palace, Moon Palace Cancun, Moon Palace The Grand-Cancun, and Le Blanc Spa Resort Cancun. Only one (1) complimentary Green Fee is granted per room, per day of stay. This promotion applies only to Riviera Cancun Golf Course. The transportation between the hotel and the golf course is not included. This promotion includes food and beverages within the golf course. Golf services are not available at Moon Palace Jamaica.
